What is the cost of express delivery?

We charge a flat rate of $15 for each express delivery purchased via our online store.

Free express shipping on all orders over $95.

  


 

When will my order be dispatched?

At Three Chocolatiers we aim to process, pack and dispatch all orders as swiftly as possible. We dispatch daily, Monday to Thursday, however demand can sometimes peak unexpectedly and we therefore offer the following time frames outlined below as our standard guideline for dispatch. 

Please note that during periods of extreme heat, we will hold your order and notify you by email when it will be dispatched, to avoid any melted products. In warmer weather, we use packaging methods to ensure your chocolates arrives in premium condition.

During Christmas and Easter, our busiest times of year, our standard dispatch times listed above may vary. Christmas in particular can coincide with warmer weather. Please consider ordering early to ensure that you receive your order before your desired date. 

  


 

How do you ship my order?

 

Three Chocolatiers uses Australia Post for all deliveries. We currently only deliver to addresses within Australia and do not deliver to Australia Post parcel lockers, due to increased likelihood of exposure to higher temperatures. 

 


 

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No, unfortunately we are not able to do split shipments. If you would like to ship to more than one address, you will need to create separate orders.
