Classic Chocolate Brownies By

- 270g Dark chocolate 56%
- 250g Unsalted butter
- 240g Muscovado sugar
- 60g Plain flour
- 80g Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 4 Whole eggs
- 2 Pinch of sea salt
Preheat the oven to 170C.
Combine the sea salt, muscovado sugar, butter and chocolate together in a glass mixing bowl and microwave on high for 45-60s bursts stirring in between until fully melted.
Whisk in eggs until combined.
Sift the rest of the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture and fold until a batter is formed.
Line a baking tray 15cm x 30cm with baking paper and spray with oil.
Spread brownie mixture and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Set brownie aside and allow to cool down at room temperature before cutting into squares.
